When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by USPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How does international shipping work?
We use DHL Express and USPS for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 7-9business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Taxes, duties and international processing will be assessed and collected at checkout.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided
If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact with our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label
-You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Customers have 30 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and riderwing/riderwing.com has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the return item, riderwing/riderwing.com has to issue a refund back to customers' account. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to riderwing/riderwing.com for a full refund. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:
(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it is has not been shipped.
(2) Your order could only be partial refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.
